"For me, strategic communication is about making complexity comprehensible – and creating the conditions for meaningful change."

Where experience meets integrity, and curiosity embraces change –communication with meaning.

Roots in Leipzig. Shaped by the Ruhr region. At home in Cologne – and now back in the city where change is part of everyday life.

I was born in Leipzig, grew up in the Ruhr area, and spent many years professionally rooted in Cologne. Today, I’m back in Leipzig – a city full of momentum, creative energy and history. This East-West experience has shaped me: I think in networks, am curious and open to the new, and want to help shape society. My nationwide network is as diverse as the topics that drive me – and as dynamic as the communications landscape in which I’ve been working successfully for over 15 years.

I love structure – and equally the creative chaos that gives rise to new ideas. I’m convinced that communication is more than just the art of choosing the right words: it is attitude. Orientation. Connection. Change.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked as a communications consultant – with a clear focus on corporate communications, internal communication, change and transformation processes, leadership, and employer branding. I enjoy distilling complex topics down to their essence, building communication on a clear narrative – and bringing it to life.

With a Master’s degree in Political Science and a deep passion for social developments, I observe trends, contexts and current events with analytical precision – and translate them into strategic, effective communication.

I am a member of Global Women in PR (GWPR) – because I believe that leadership in communication today needs a new face: one shaped by exchange, inspiration and collaboration.
